Ever Construction Company was established in December of 1977 by Mr. Lok Ho-Hoi, who is well experienced in practical and knowledge of the construction industry. Our company has been accepted as a member of The Building Constructors Association since 1983; and became a member for The General Building Contractor Association since 2002. The construction projects awarded to us all have been completed successfully to the satisfaction of both the Employer and the Architect with their praises. The philosophy of our company is to focus on good management, quality assurance and cost control, coupled with strict observance of the Buildings Ordinance, with emphasis on Safety, Health and Environmental Protection regulations.
We are a general building contractor under Building Ordinance of The Hong Kong Building Department as know as Ever Construction Company Limited. Our registration number is GBC35/2007. You can search our names in the official government website of Building Department (http://www.info.gov.hk/bd/english/inform/index.html). Furthermore, our management system also successfully registered and approved in ISO9001:2000 system since 2002.
The scope of business are including development of private residential, commercial and industrial buildings, schools, club house, church and hospitals in the form of construction, alterations and additions, renovations and fitting out works.
